What happens when one of your teammates leaves and you want to transfer all her work to someone else? Do you start digging into her Outlook?
There is new function called Person replacement - it's in the context menu when you right-click on a position in a team.
You can add sub-positions to yourself and to any of your subordinate teammates. Then just select the name, engagement (employer), role and work area. Wait for the right moment to activate it. It's just a matter of a click but it affects the access rights due to our unique method of Transitive Rights.
