We are working on improving the system and the user experience. Please check these new features and improvements - all of them will make your work smoother and comprehensible.

• File multiselection
  Thanks to the improvement in Adobe Flex SDK, we could provide users with long requested feature of multiselection of files in myDisk and everywhere where we deal with documents and files.
  Use shift to select more neighbouring files, or Ctrl (cmd on Mac) to select separate files - it works exactly the same as on your desktop.
   
• Smart Filters implemented on to Project / Organisation Tasks
  Until today, Smart Filters were only reserved for the list of your tasks in the module Me, tool Tasks.
  We have improved the functionality so that you can set your personal Smart Filters also in projects and organisations in which case the tree view of tasks will transform into a filtered list view. Your filters are different from your Me section but are conveniently set the same for both project and organisation and for all of them so you don;t have to set your favourite filters for every project or organisation separately.
   
• Task stakeholders limited to team
  We realised that enabling to share tasks with any user of Abillance.com could cause problems and so we limited the combo box offer only to team members. From now on, only members of the team can become task stakeholders (execution, approval, assignment and other stakeholders).
   
• Approvals of Engagement
  Abillance.com's Transitional Rights management strictly depends on your engagement - your position in the team of the given organisation. We introduced the functionality of Engagement Approval - whenever anybody makes you a part of an organisation (adds you to its team), you will be informed in your Me section, My Profile / Engagements. The suggested engagement will appear in grey colour and waits for your approval (the tick box on right). Until you approve any such engagement, you will only have limited access to project and organisations you appear in that engagement and your position will bear a questionmark (?) showing you have not yet agreed to represent the organisation.
   
• Person Replacement
  After an extensive and careful coding and testing we can offer the feature of replacing a person in a team with another one. This simple action will ensure that the new person immediately inherits all rights and accesses of the previous person in the given project or organisation. Since this can be done in a second, replacing a team member or an employee is much simplified while the work continuity is ensured.
   
• New Icons 
  In Planning and Task management we have replaced the old letter-based icons with new very much simplified. We believe this will help better usability and will clean the interface significantly.

Next wave of news will come at the end of February. We hope to bring many improvements with the brand new Abillance Dashboard (an html live-feed of tasks and emails) among others.

We hope our users enjoy the changes we bring every other month. We have done so for many years now and certainly will continue!
